Magnetic Bearings for High-Speed Motors: A New Direction for Low-Friction Rotation

Magnetic bearing technology is becoming an important direction for high-speed motors and advanced rotating equipment. Unlike traditional rolling bearings, magnetic bearings use magnetic force to support the rotor without direct mechanical contact. China also exported about USD 3.41 billion of small electric motors under HS code 850110 in 2024, with about 1.83 billion units shipped globally, supporting the global demand for motor-related components.
